Having served 5 years as a missionary in Mexico, John, Marguerite and five year old Rae moved to Tucson Arizona where they served as founders and pastors of Grace Chapel. After serving in this capacity for 34 years they were led of the Spirit to resign the pastorate and move into a trans-local ministry expression. Those 39 years of church service were filled with many amazing miracles and marvelous growth. It is those experiences of God’s power and love that provide the foundation for understanding and strength to address the problems and challenges of church health and growth. These are issues every pastor and church leader faces today.

John understands the difficulty of bringing in consultants that do not always understand the individual church situation. He knows how difficult it is to find finances to bring in the best advisers when churches are small or struggling financially. For that reason he plans to offer his help by serving on an offering basis. He offers to serve and expects the Lord to supply.
